Teaching New Delaware History Course at Wilmington University This Fall

Appointed to Serve Term on Cecil County Ethics Commission

I was pleased to be appointed to serve a four year term on the Cecil County Ethics Commission by the County Commissioners last week.  The panel, acting under the authority of the county code and Maryland State Law, is charged with implementing and enforcing a code of ethics for county government.  I’m looking forward to…
