The March\/April 2011 edition of Humanities, <\/em>the magazine of the National Endowment of the Humanities, included\u00a0a poster\/photo\u00a0of me that was\u00a0produced by the\u00a0library system\u00a0for a reading promotion a\u00a0few years ago.\u00a0 The magazine\u00a0used it to mention the talks\u00a0I do\u00a0for the Maryland Humanities Council.\u00a0\u00a0The poster was for a reading promotions initiative sponsored by the American Library Association and it\u00a0was snapped\u00a0about the time <\/a>I\u00a0retired as a trustee and past president of the library system.<\/p>\n
