I was pleased to have an article published in the Sept\/Oct. issue of Maryland Life.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>T\"mapitled “Land Grab:\u00a0 How DC snagged some prime Prince George’s real estate,” it examined the period when\u00a0the nation was \u00a0concerned with\u00a0establishing a permanent home for the federal government on the Potomac River.\u00a0 It was a fun piece to put together and I had the pleasure of using the excellent research facilities of the Prince George’s County Historical <\/a>Society.\u00a0 They have\u00a0 an able, helpful staff there and it was a pleasure to work with the volunteers and their collections.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
